This policy explains what Block Watcher (operated under neo24.net) collects when you use our address-watch
product, why we need it, and the choices you have. It is written for our actual product — not a generic template.
1. Who we are
Block Watcher is a multi-chain service that watches blockchain addresses you add,
matches on-chain financial transfers (native coins and fungible tokens), and delivers alerts
(for example Telegram or email). We do not custody funds, sign transactions, or process NFT collectibles
as a product stream.
Questions about privacy: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the product, we may process:
-
Account identity — name, email address, password hash (if you register with email),
and optional OAuth identifiers when you sign in with Google or GitHub.
-
Watch configuration — blockchain network, addresses you ask us to watch, labels,
and related product settings. On-chain addresses are public by nature; linking them to your account
is treated as account-related data.
-
Match & notification history — transfer matches we detect for your watches,
delivery status, and channel preferences (e.g. Telegram chat linkage, email).
-
Support — tickets, messages, and attachments you send to support.
-
Technical logs — IP address, user agent, approximate timestamps, and security events
needed to run auth, rate limits, and abuse prevention (including captcha challenges on auth forms).
We do not intentionally collect government ID documents, payment card numbers for the free starter path,
or private keys / seed phrases. Never send seed phrases to us. See also our
Terms of Service.
3. How we use data
- Provide and operate address watching, matching, dashboards, and notifications.
- Authenticate you, protect accounts, and prevent abuse (rate limits, captcha, OAuth).
- Respond to support requests and product communications you opt into.
- Improve reliability (ordered ingest, error diagnosis) using operational logs.
- Meet legal obligations when required.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use watched addresses to build advertising profiles.
4. Blockchain & public data
Blockchains are public networks. Transfer data we match already exists on public ledgers / node APIs.
Our role is to associate relevant transfers with the watches you configure and deliver them to you.
Removing an address from your watch list stops future matching for your account; it does not erase
historical public chain data.
5. Processors & third parties
We use service providers only as needed to run the product, for example:
- Hosting & infrastructure — servers, databases, queues, and email delivery.
- RPC / chain interfaces — to read blocks and transfers for networks you watch.
- Google / GitHub — if you choose OAuth sign-in (we receive profile basics they share).
- Google reCAPTCHA — on login, registration, and password-reset forms when enabled.
- Telegram — if you connect Telegram for alerts (per Telegram’s terms and your bot link).
Providers process data under their terms and only for the purposes above.
6. Cookies & sessions
We use essential cookies / session storage for sign-in, CSRF protection, and theme preference.
We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site. If analytics is added later,
we will update this policy before enabling it.
7. Retention
Account and watch data are kept while your account is active. Match history and logs are retained
as long as needed for the product, security, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized
where practical. You may request account deletion via
[email protected].
8. Security
We use industry-standard controls (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access-controlled panels,
rate limiting). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique
password and protect OAuth accounts.
9. Your choices
- Update profile details in the Users panel (email is locked after signup for account integrity).
- Add or remove watched addresses at any time.
- Disconnect OAuth or notification channels where the product allows.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of account-held personal data by emailing us.
10. Children
Block Watcher is aimed at professionals and operators (exchanges, banks, high-wallet users).
It is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account for a minor.
11. International processing
We may process data in the regions where our infrastructure and providers operate.
By using the service you understand that transfers may cross borders with appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves (new notify channels, regions, or legal needs).
Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after
an update means you accept the revised policy.
